You go to the iceberg you will see fireworks. These happen until the new year. If you wait long enough you will see some fire works in the shape of puffles.

Club Penguin Mission 10 guide

1. Talk to the guys and agent G
2. After the talking is done and the Polar Bear is off the monitors pick up the solar panel and put it in your inventory
   
3. Go to the Beach and talk to agent with the jet pack
4. Go into the light house and find the cream soda and bring it to the agent with the jet pack
5. Click help (the message in the bottle) that is the code to make the fuel. Pour the bottles into the other to make the code
6. Go to the Gift shop to check on the Rookie. Hook the solar panel up to the cord at the end of the magnet.
7. Fix the magnet by connecting the colors at the bottom to the colors at the top with the pen like tool.
8. Go to the Dock, talk to the guy and get the rope from him
9. Go to the night club and hook the string up to the machine near the stairs and click on the lever
10. The cage should go up. Then go to the dock and again and find the polar bear in trees near the entrance the the Ski Village
11. Go to the night club and turn the screen around to the stairs and trap the polar bear by clicking on the lever to the machine
12. The agents should come in. Shine the 2 black lights closest to the magnet by click on them, while still pressing on your clicker and move the light so its shining on the solar panel
13. Move the 1 black light toward the broken wall and it should make the cage go forward and trap the polar bear
14. Agent G will come in and talk to him and your done!
15. Receive the Medal and your finished.
